Decorative Concrete Coatings are installed to repair, restore and beautify existing concrete surfaces. Aapproximately 1/8th of an inch thick, the coatings are hand troweled onto the concrete surface, insuring a custom installation for every application.
The installation process is as follows; The concrete surface is prepared either by simple power washing or more agressive measures such as an acid wash or surface grinding. Once the surface is ready, a base coat is applied and allowed to dry. Depending on the design or pattern there may be slight variance, however the pattern will be applied to include a second texture coat. The next step is to add color using natural iron oxide stains for the most realistic results and finally the application of a high quality sealer.
